Investigation of vibration characteristics of gear-bearing transmission system considering the effect of profile shifted coefficient

In this paper, a dynamics model of the gear-bearing transmission system with bending and torsion coupling is established, influence gear shifted on vibration characteristics considered. First, time-varying mesh stiffness profile derived by using potential energy method. Then, based Lagrange equation numerical method, differential obtained, solved fourth-order Runge-Kutta Finally, coefficient input torque analyzed time domain graph frequency graph. The conclusions drawn from study can help engineers better understand running performance gear.
